I am a certified breathwork instructor with years of experience teaching people of all ages and backgrounds. Through my classes, you will learn various breathing techniques that will help you manage stress, increase energy levels, and improve focus and concentration. My classes are tailored to meet your specific needs, whether you are looking for a quick breathing exercise to do at home or a more in-depth session to help you achieve a deeper state of relaxation. I use a variety of techniques, including pranayama, box breathing, and conscious circular breathing, among others. Arenda's Story
I discovered breathwork at a moment in my life when I was feeling lost, stuck, and always in a rush for no reason. I’d gone through a breakup, sold my belongings, lost my dog, moved back to LA from another country. I was searching for something, just didn’t know what it was. I stumbled into a breathwork class, expecting to relax and maybe even take a nap. I walked in thinking “breathwork”, this should be easy, duh I breathe all the time. Well, I was in for a surprise! I actually had to work and focus on my breathing. What a journey it was! I laughed, I cried, I loved greater than I ever have, for myself, everyone, experiences, and everything around me. It was like I went to another planet and got a huge injection of gratitude with a side of happy juice. I walked out of that class on clouds, smiling so big at strangers, ready to hug anyone and everyone (pre COVID 19). I felt appreciation for everyone in my life, for the first time in a long time I saw them as humans doing their best, I felt their innocence. I said to myself, “so this is compassion”. I’d spent so many years blaming others and thinking they were out to get me, never took the time to breathe and hear their story. As a matter of fact they no longer owed me an explanation or apology for whatever, they were perfect as they are. They didn’t need to change a single thing. And since they were perfect, I was perfect and I didn’t need to change either. Acceptance is what I received in my first breathwork session.
Dear Self,
It is nice to meet again. Somehow I got lost, got wrapped up in working so many hours, relationships, and life drama. I forgot how to play. I forgot how to be excited for life. I missed waking up and not being able to wait to jump out of bed with a big smile on my face. I used to laugh, loud. I stopped being interested. I was just moving through life, existing. Trying to find some material thing to brighten up my day and getting upset with others for not making me happy. I lost sight of what really matters. But I found you again, how sweet it is. Like I’ve been frozen for years and someone poured warm water all over me. My senses heightened, colors appear more vibrant, the layers of sound clearer than ever. Living alive. I see you now.

I believe that no matter what we go through on this journey called life, it makes for a beautiful story. The book of you. Self-discovery, challenges, the many ups, and that low that feels like “it’s the end”. Even when things got destroyed, it was a chance to build it back up better, stronger, more grand than ever. What an amazing journey.
I became a breathwork instructor to remind you of the power of your own breath and your ability to heal yourself. It’s my mission to let others, people, strangers, let’s just say the world know that they don’t have to go through life carrying all that emotional baggage and feeling stuck. No matter what cracked, bumpy paths you’ve been on…my intention is to hold space of acceptance and guide you back to yourself, to connect back your heart and spirit. To reunite you with breathing.
